SDG to Host Free Chicago Bach Project Events

SDG Music Foundation announces two free public events in early March to illuminate J. S. Bach’s Mass in B Minor, the featured work at the foundation’s March 11 Chicago Bach Project concert, where Grammy Award-winning conductor John Nelson will lead the Chicago Bach Choir and Orchestra and an all-new cast of world-class soloists.

Psallite CD Launch Event

On April 9, 2016, SDG Music Foundation will hold a launch event at Grace Lutheran Church in River Forest, Illinois, to celebrate the release of its first Psallite CD. Five choral works from SDG's Psalms Project are included on the CD, recorded by Cor Cantiamo, the touring choral ensemble in residence at Northern Illinois University.

The second Annual SDG Fall Gala on November 21, 2015, at The Cliff Dwellers in Chicago was a very lively and convivial gathering of old and new friends. Despite the day bringing Chicago its snowiest November storm in over 100 years, almost all of our registrants were able to attend!
